Gerry has been responsible for the design, development and construction of nearly 5 MW of solar PV projects. Prior to joining Quixotic Systems, he was Vice President of Commercial Projects for The Solar Center (TSC), Rockaway, New Jersey. He was responsible for all commercial proposal development including engineering, procurement, financial modeling and project management. His additional responsibilities included marketing and business development for commercial projects, project management, strategic procurement (supplier relations), PR and sales. Gerry also directed engineering design, procurement, and project management, public relations and growth strategy for the commercial division at TSC.
Previously, he was Chief Technology Officer of First Point Energy New York, New York, where he was responsible for marketing, strategic planning, business plan development, acquisitions and staffing. Gerry developed First Point Energy’s revenue product model and resulting website design (patent pending). He was a key contributor to substantial company growth from startup to four offices with over 60 employees by effectively identifying market opportunities and defining online strategy.
Gerry holds a Bachelor’s of Science in electrical engineering and a Master’s of Science in electrical engineering, both from Manhattan College, Bronx, New York.
